Shipment and payment
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order / payment.
The regular delivery time to Germany and Austria is 1-3 working days. The regular delivery time is 3-5 working days within Europe and 5-10 working days in the rest of the world.
Please note that the delivery time may be longer in individual cases due to customs clearance. Unfortunately we have no influence on it.
Deliveries to Switzerland are by post. The cost of express delivery is indicated during the order process. Orders may also be shipped by another carrier, depending on the country of delivery. Saturday delivery is available in Germany at an extra charge. Deliveries to other countries are also possible. The appropriate shipping charges are indicated during the order process.

Your delivery is free of shipping costs from an order value of 89 EUR (Germany)/
99 EUR/124 CHF/84 GBP/740 DKK/1,120 NOK/1,110 SEK.

Payment methods
PayPal
If you select the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal in the last step.
PayPal – Pay after 30 days
Order today and pay in 30 days. The payment will be processed automatically through your PayPal account. Your PayPal Buyer Protection will also remain in place.
Klarna
Use Klarna to pay for your order flexibly. You can pay for your order immediately by bank transfer, direct debit or credit card or you can use "Klarna – purchase on account" and pay in 30 days. (The payment options available may vary depending on your country and credit rating.)
Credit card
After clicking on ‘Complete payment’, you will be automatically redirected to our secure payment system for credit cards, where you provide your personal credit card information via an SSL-secured connection.
Payment in advance
The bank transfer must be credited to our account within 7 days at the latest. Only then can we dispatch the goods.
Apple Pay
Convenient and secure payment with Apple Pay (only available on compatible Apple devices).
TWINT
Convenient and secure payment with the smartphone app (only in Switzerland).
iDEAL
Easy and direct transfer from your bank account to us (only in the Netherlands).
