How long do I have to return an item?

  • You can declare your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, return unworn items and reclaim the purchase price.
  • In addition, ENERGETIX offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: Worn items can also be returned. In this case, we will deduct 15% from the purchase price.
  • Exception: For MagnetBandage, MagnetComfort, MagnetRelax, Magnet4Go, MagnetWalk or comparable products, a return is only possible if the items are new and resalable within 30 days. Trying on is permitted, repeated wear is not.

 

What warranty do I have on the products?

  • A 24-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects applies.

 

How do I return an item

· Germany and Netherlands:

If you need to return a product, please notify us of your return via return.energetix.tv. That way, everything ends up in the right place quickly and we can deal with it straight away. A DHL return label will be sent to you automatically by email.

· All others:

A returns form is enclosed with your order. Please fill this in and include it with your return. Please use a sufficiently stamped envelope or a parcel.

  • The shipping costs of a standard shipment will be refunded by ENERGETIX if it is a cancellation or a material/processing error. Please enclose a receipt or send it by e-mail.
  • Unstamped shipments cannot be accepted.
 

 

Can I send in incomplete items?

  • No. Please always send in complete pairs (e.g. ear studs or ear clips).
  • In the case of defective items, the defective part will be repaired or replaced. If an item is not available, the purchase price will be refunded.

How do I get my money back?

  • The purchase price will be refunded according to the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
  • For the refund of shipping costs we may need your bank details (IBAN/BIC). If necessary, our customer support will contact you.
