Ring sizes and ring sizer
Rings
ENERGETIX measures the inside diameter of its rings (in millimetres) and these range from 16 to 24 (not every ring is available in all sizes). There are several ways to determine your ring size:
1. ENERGETIX ring sizer
2. Ring size table
3. Ring template for printing out
4. Paper strip
Tips and tricks
Measure your fingers at the end of the day when they are at their thickest.
Cold temperatures can shrink the circumference of your fingers by half a size.
Alcohol and salt may increase the circumference of your fingers. That’s why you shouldn’t measure your finger after having cocktails or salty snacks.
1. ENERGETIX’s ring sizer
ENERGETIX’s ring sizer is available from your ENERGETIX partner.
2. Ring size table
1. Choose one of your own rings that fits on the intended finger.
2. Measure the ring’s inside diameter (in millimetres).
3. Use the following table to determine the size of ring you need.

3. Ring template for printing out
1. Print out the ring template to which this link points in landscape format on DIN A4 paper.
Select ‘No print adjustment’ under the page settings so that the page prints in its original size. The proof line on the printed paper must be 10 centimetres long.
2. EITHER place one of the rings you already have on top of the circles and find the circle that matches, i.e. where the outside line is still visible inside your ring, OR fold the sheet at the dotted line in the middle of the circles and cut out the half circles at the outside line. You’ll then be able to check which one fits your finger.
4. Paper strip
1. Wrap a strip of paper that’s about two to three millimetres wide around the finger where you want to wear the ring.
2. Make sure that the paper is as close to your finger as possible so that you can find the perfect size for you.
3. Mark the point where the paper strip starts to overlap the beginning and measure the length with a ruler (mm).
4. Use the following table to determine the size of ring you need.
